Cancellation Policy
- Only pre-orders can be canceled.
- In-stock/ready-to-ship orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
- The 15% fee applies only to eligible pre-order cancellations and is calculated from the entire order total, including shipping and taxes.

Returns Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the return is the result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect item).
To be eligible for a return, you must:
- Contact us within 3 days of the delivery date.
- Return the item in new, unopened, and original condition.
- Receive return authorization from HobbyHolics before shipping the item back.
If your return is approved because of our error, you will receive a full refund.
Refund Processing
Most refunds are issued sooner, but please allow up to 4 weeks from the date you return your package for your refund to be completed. This timeframe includes:
- 5–10 business days for the return shipment to reach us.
- 3–5 business days for us to inspect and process your return.
- 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the US. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
